My face and eyes remain swollen whole the day

I face and eyes remain swollen whole the day. I take 8 hours sleep properly bt it not helped me ny more. out of 10 7 -8 times my face remains the same its creates problem for me. plzzz help me if ny one can.

sounds like an allergic reaction. watch what you eat, and what animals such as dogs and cats you are around. sea-food is common to upset the facial area.

make sure you drink plenty of fluids and your diet is good. also, make sure you do regular exercise.

If this does not improve after a week or two, see your doctor, but if it gets really bad, you may want to go and check it out at the hospital.
