Why do I get sooo weak around food!am supposed to be on a diet!!! I want to lose some pounds!am 5”5 and weigh 135!!! Want to lose 15 pounds any tips?just had a cheeseburger

OMG I am in the same situation as you! I swear to god im the exact same height and I weigh about the same as you! Im planning on losing weight this summer, and I have already started!

I would say go on tons of walks (because its easy!) and walk with your dog if you have one. When you walk one mile you burn off 100 calories! and once you get thinner and its easier to run, then run a mile and you burn off 200 calories!

Also, stop yourself from eating those greasy foods (like cheeseburgers!) If you get hungry, eat salad! There are these awesome dressings that Wishbone makes. You can buy them at the store, and you should buy the spray kind. they are 1 calorie per spray! salad may seem boring, but you have to teach yourself that salads make your body feel good! And burgers DON’T!

When you eat the greasy, fatty foods, it makes you want to lounge around and be lazy. Look online for healthy menu options, and remember that the foods that make your body feel good, are good! Remember to exercise DAILY!! and stick to it!

you are at a perfect weight range I dont see why you want to lose weight to tell you the truth, im the one whos fat im over weight because my BMI says so but for you, it says your healthy

Seriously, you don’t need to lose weight!! But it never hurts to be healthier. A simple combo of healthy eating and exercise does the trick! You don’t need to rule out anything - just always go for the healthiest option. Don’t starve yourself of the things you love otherwise you will just end up binging on them and putting all the weight back on. Oh and heres some good news - you can still eat cheeseburgers!! When you stick to a calorie controlled diet your metabolism naturally slows down to compensate for the smaller amount of food it’s getting, which in general is why healthy eating is always accompanied by exercise - to speed the metabolism back up! But another way of keeping it up is to allow yourself the odd treat. A nice big cheesebuger is going to speed your system up a lot more than a salad would - just don’t go overboard!! One treat a week is more than enough! Good luck with it all!
