What's the fastest way to lose 15 pounds?

Is there some way I can give my self a jump start? It is hrd for me to lose weight because I am all ready kinda skinny, but I want to have a more streamline look. I know exactly what to eat and how to exercise, but does anyone know of a certain remedy like detox or liquid diet for the first couple weeks? how do those work? do diet pills work too?

If you’re going for a streamlined look and you’re already thin then you need to build muscle and tone. Trying to lose more than 2 pounds a week and you’ll be losing more muscle mass than fat.

Just eat healthy and keep a steady exercise regimen up and you should get there. Look into the “”Home WorkOut Bible”” maybe you just need to amp up your workout.
