Ok so lately my mom has started eating a lot of junk food like ice cream, lollipops, etc. I'm really worried about her and I"ve tried to tell her it's not healthy and I've even tried hiding her junk food so that she can't eat it but she just demands to have it back and tells me that she's an adult and it's her decision, which I guess is technically true, but what can I do??? Help please!!!
Technically true? She is an adult? She can make her own decisions, and you need to not start acting like the parent. If you are worried because she's eating in order to deal with something, then you need to address that. If she has poor eating habits, then all you can do is express your concern about her health and let it go. You're not her mother, she already lives with one set of parents, and she really doesnt need her kid acting like her mother.
well show her a picture of a bigger person and be like mom this is what your gonna look like if you dont stop eating so bad and just be like everyonce in a while its ok but not everyday and say that mom I love you and I dont want you to turn out like this girl in this picture thats has already tired everythang to loes weight and couldnt ??? I don't know but I think this would work
You can cook dinner for her! Cook something healthy and show her that healthy food can taste good too! Well I hope that helps lol :)
