Make scars go away

My graduation is coming up in a few months and lucky me my grandmother nught me a sleevless dress. I cut my wrists and I need information on how to make the scars and stuff go away. I dont want my rents to see them and the cuts are very noticable. Keep in mind that I do not have enough money to buy fading creams or treatments. I really need your help what do I do?
P.S please dont ask me to stop and tell me its not good for me, after graduation im going back to cutting.

I used to have scars quite bad.like big brown stripes on my legs as if im a zebra. well I got rid of mine by using a product called Bio oil you massage it in two-three times a day and you can put it in your bath to help too…now mine only show to me because I know they hwere there in the first place… invisible..like noone would notice

also a good products is Palmers cocoa butter formula(not as good as bio oil though)

also if you do happen to do it again be sure to keep them clean after to lessen the scarring…once the wound isnt open anymore,so its got a bit of a scab(like the next day or something) dab them gently with cotton wool that uv dipped in salt water(boil the kettle and put in a mug or something, one part salt to three or four parts boiled water.wait for it too cool down a bit but not so its cold..just so it doesnt scald you it does sting like a motherf*er though

hope this has helped xoxox
