Help my dumb roots

I died my hair only my roots are bright blonde The rest is darker any ideas?

you’re roots are a different color because its virgin hair, any color you put on it will most likely take to the lightest it can go. However the rest of your hair already has color in it so the dye takes a different tone (like when you mix paints). Best you can do is dye the roots the same color as the rest of your hair or if your colors arent too far apart and your hair is healthy you can go to a good stylist and have her lighten the dark part quickly with bleach mixed with a hair treatment, this has to be done fast dont leave it in like if you’re getting highlights but only bleach the darker parts! and I say go to a stylist because it has to be done fast to prevent damage. then after that color your whole hair again but a shade darker than your roots.

this is because your roots are closest tyo your head and your head temperature is pretty hot, making the roots warmer than the rest of your hair and bleach/dye will work better on the roots and make them brighter because heat makes the bleach/dye work faster next time put a plastic cap thing around your head and blowdry the rest of your hair also you could try buying a hairdye the same colour as your hair, and dye the roots
