How can I get my Mom to be less overprotective?

Ok. im 17 and i have a wonderful boyfriend whos 18, but latey thinfs havent been working right because my mom wont let me hag out with him like s normal couple… im a good daughter, respobsible and i have a 4.2GPA i dont know why my mother doesnt trust me! what should i do?

Dear fresia2114, There has to be a reason why she doesn’t trust you. You owe it to yourself to ask her why. She is the only one with the answer. But remember when you ask be prepared to hear the answer. Perhaps just her answering you will be enough for her to see she may be the one with the problem? Sue…good luck

wow she loves u too much and doesnt wanna let u go for anybody and she will trust yiu just do somthing great so she’d know ur a grown up prove it to her

wow,i i dont really kno but my girlfriend is 17 and im 18 and i have the same problem,i tell her to just wait until she is 18 and just tell her your gonna be with me no matter,even though i really dont wanna wait until she is 18,i still love her and i wanna be with her,if you find out something,send me a msg.
