How I can stop smoking?
You have to want to quit. Not just talk about it to anyone. Make up your mind and do it. Just go "COLD TURKEY". None of the aids like the patch or the pill or reducing cigarettes to so many a day will help you. This is the voice of experience talking to you. I smoked for many, many years. I quit one time for 3 years then took it up again. Not much will-power and all my friends smoked. I decided to make new friends and have now been smoke free for 17 years. I started eating candy by the bags just to have something in my mouth and got as big as a barn. I finally fasted for 3 days on water only and lost the desire to even have the candy in my mouth. Little by little. Lesser cigarettes every week. Most especially, replace cigarette smoking with a habit that you enjoy. Tha's all i can think. :)
When you are making slow progress, dont get discouraged.
try gum, and lots of it, thats what my cousin did and he got through it, little by little. Start out small
