Why am I having such bad cramps and black bumps?

hi, im a 14 year old girl and I only started my period last year.. I have two questions. when I get my period, which is usually not at the same time each month, I get really bad cramps. I dont know what to do. I know cramps arent unusual, but I get them bad. also ever since I started my period my V has looked very unhealthy. im obviously a virgin and never had s*x in my life. I have theses little black bumps. almost like blackheads but iknow they arent ..any advice??

If you are a virgin like you say. I think it could just be in-grown hair which is very prone in puberty. The folicles may have just started sprouting out hair. Please see an OB/GYN anyway.

Yeah, no harm in going to an ob-gyn for a checkup. It’s tough for us to say what the bumps might be over the internet. Some bumps down there are normal, while others aren’t.
