How to get to live with my Dad?

I am 13 live with my mom we live with my aunt who hit me with a bush for the last 5 years I want to live with my dad what can I do?

First tell your mom that your aunt is hitting you and you want it to stop. Then tell her that you don’t want to live here and you want to go live with your dad. See what she says. Don’t let that woman hit you! Fight back.

If your mom won’t stop your aunt from hitting you, tell a teacher and they will call CPS and it will either stop or they will take you away and you’ll more than likely get to live with your dad as long as his home is drug free.
