live with my dad or my mom because my mom is mean its like if my cousin is there and we both get in trouble mymom get mostly mad at me and not my cousin, my dad wants me to live with him and there divorce

It sounds like your dad is more calmer then your mother. I’d say if I were you to live with your dad. That way, you don’t have to put up with your mother yelling at you.

first of all, I’m so sorry your parents are getting a divorce…that’s really hard. but you have to remember it’s very hard for your parents too…which is probably why your mom seems mad all the time or yells at you a lot. she’s hurtin! no matter what she ever yells at you for, she loves you more than you know. base your decision on where you want to be, not with whom you want to be. your parents know you love them both and this is about what makes YOU happy, ok?
