Why do you want to lose weight fast. I lost ten pounds by cutting out all junk food and eating big salads with fish and chicken everyday. I also did an hour of cardio. I lost it in ten days because my body was so use to me eating tons of junk and just being lazy.
The best way to lose weight is to cut out all white bread, rice desserts and any junk food. Eat foods that pass through your body easily and drink a ton of water all day long. Go for a walk with music on that will make you want to walk fast and for a long time.
I guarentee if you fast or go on some crazy diet you will only gain even more weight back!
Avoid junk food, eat more vegetables, exercise daily, sleep right and you're good to go.
