Should I call the police, can I claim insurance?

I worked at a place called zenith, manager didnt pay me and my friend me and my friend went down there I argued with the manager, and told my other old school friend you dont get paid so dont work here a lady come out [heavily pregnant] started screwing and threatning me to get out,then she grabbed me and drag me we got into a fight,should I tell the police or will it look bad on my side?,she had no damage to her,I just have no fingernail,and im just using a plaster.. can I claim insurance or anything .. im 16 :/ and for my manager well ex manager we only worked 3 day’s but he said he would pay us £74 its not in our banks or anything. so today I got a threatning call to say watch my back,and he said my home address and that… buut the only way he could have got my address is from my manager :@

You should deffinately call the police and at least tell them about the threatening phone call..

Yes, the manager was definitely in the wrong, just be sure you understand that if you pursue this, your former employer can file a counter claim for slander.

Yes. Report them. It doesn’t matter if that woman was pregnant, assuming she was over eighteen she is not allowed to lay a FINGER on you. You are a minor, she is the adult, and she is in the wrong. What your ex manager did is illegal.
