Light bleeding

I usually get my period every 28 days and get bad cramps 2-3 days beforehand. I bleed very heavily for 5-7 days. The last 2 months I have been getting a light bleed every 28 days and it usually lasts 1-2 days. Any idea what this could mean?

Iregular periods are very common especially if you’re till young and haven’t be having periods for long. Don’t worry. Medication, hormones, food intake and stress can also be factors. If you have had unprotected sex then I recomend getting checked out.

Well since you aren’t that young, id get it checked out by a doctor. Stress could influence it as well.

are you on tablets? might just be hormones. consult your gp
