Help get rid of my gut

Hii im 13 and ver why mature for my age im 5’4 and weigh 130 lbs and I have a bit of a gut that I would love to get rid of. I don’t know what to do and I would like it to go away fast because I am not very patient. Unfortunatly I have tried bulimia and it is horrible I have read the things online about it and the symptons and its a horrible thing. I might try being anerexic but I dont want to do that but if I have to I will. When I go to the mall or the beach I see these girls that are soo skinny and beautiful. I do I will admit have insecurtiy problems I just dont noe what to do if any one can help that would be amazing.

Get rid of the junk food, exercise regularly, drink water instead of sodas, eat healthy. You’re young so your metabolism should sky rocket. Just stay active.

im 5”4 and was 130 pounds I used workouts off the womens health magazine website and did 3 sets of 12 sit ups a night I stopped snacking but other than that I ate what I wanted, and I replaced juice for water, its only been a week but I am 125 pounds now, im 15 btw

If you want a better body you have to think positively or it wont work. You need positive goals like “being fitter” and “being stronger” then ull want to exercise. And keep a journal to keep track of your weight loss and workouts. I recommend Cathe Freidrich dvds. Her workouts are amazing!!! (and start weaning yourself from junk food to healthy food that will rev up your metabolism and keep you moving and healthy!!!) :)
