im 13, 5'5 and weigh 129 lbs.. is that healthy? because i feel really heavy.. but i want 2 know how i can looose 10+ [or more] pounds the fastest way,, and that wont get my mom guessing what i'm doing [if thats possible.. if not, dont worry about it] but i would appreciate it if you would find an answer for me soon! thank-you for reading!!
Not eating and taking laxatives is NOT the answer, Eating smaller portions of heathy foods, is, eat small amounts of lean meats (3 oz.) of skinless chicken breast, turkey breast, fish loin type meats, lots of veggies and fruits, skim or low fat milk and yogurt, cut out presweetened drinks like soda and drink lot of water all day. Cut out fast foods and fried foods and snack, chips, and cakes. And you have to exercise 4-5 times a week. You need food from every group to keep your body healthy and give it the vitamins and minerals it needs, so eating any one thing like just fruits and or veggies is not healthy advice! Smaller portions and exercise really works!
No.DOnt listen to them That may be fast,but thats NOT healthy That will actually make you gain weight over time. Because laxatives only make you lose water weight and fecal matter, NOT fat. If your trying to lose weight fast, Go on a vegan diet all fruits and vegetables for a few days. my friend did it and lost 8 pounds in one week. also walk for 30 minutes or more everyday and drink lots of water.

heyy... u should buy laxitive pills and drink alot of water a day.. and just dont eat.. for every day u dont eat u will loose 2lbs so by 1 week u will loose 10lbs well if u do get hungry u can munch on like a fruit or something but i garentee you that after a few bites u will be full... i hope this works for you it is working for me cause im doing this right now .. if this dosent help than funmail me and i will think of something else for u okay...xox0
if your 5'5 depending on your muscle build... you should weigh anywhere from 120- 135.. so i'd say that your the perfect weight for your height. dont sweat it. dont go on a diet either. you DON'T need it
Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 21.5 which is healthy and normal. You're fine.
