What's a healthy way to lose weight?

i need some advice for a healthy way to lose about 10 pounds. i've tried alot of different things that just didnt work so i need a new solution. i'd prefer to lose it in about 3 weeks, but longer is fine if necessary. im 5'2 and 160 lbs.and im 14 =/ i have great muscle tone in my legs and arms, but i want to lose some off my stomach.any ideas please?
