I’ve always loved rice cakes. You can get them flavored, which isn’t much more calorie count, but I eat them for the taste rather than the nutritional value anyway.

45 calories is a lot? A serving of peanuts is 828, almonds is 546, carrots is 52. I say go for the rice cake, it tastes better too :P And nuts and carrots never fill me up. Celery is something to go for though. 14.

Well I think your diet varies on your activity level, and you are right, that is a lot of calories, but if you are heavy into weight, I feel this is a good source of protein. Also I do you protein shakes which are whey protein.

I used to take a Sandwich on wholegrain bread with peanut butter, carrots, celery, apples, alot of the different fruits yet stay away from bananas if you don’t want the calories

Carrots, mushroom, cucumber, banana (very filling, not fattening). Peanut butter, it has a lot of good fats in it. Excellent if you want to be healthy.

A few tips, protein meals will fill you up faster.

Always bring a water bottle.

And I know this sounds weird but I use to eat french toast at school, and I was full.

Make some the night before, and you have brunch for lunch :)
