I'm eating salads all the time for dinner lately and I'm getting so bored with them !!.. Can anyone suggest some good food ideas!?. Healthy though please . . And also is omlet good for you ?
Baked fish - takes 15 mins. You can try sole, bake at 325 for 15 mins, then sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and parsley. Serve with peas and mashed potatoes. Mmmm. good idea for tonight. for me.
I love rotisserie chicken -no skin- , black beans, low-fat cottage cheese and mango!! Yumie
Red beans and rice are my favorite healthy meal.
Stir fries are great if your on a health kick.
