Any kind of fruits, fat free yoghurts, brown rice, baked beans, vegetables, cottage cheese, brown bread, cous cous, pasta, quorn sausages, chick pea dahl, mug shots etc.
There are tonnes more :) They're all very filling and not very fattening.
Um you can try A stick of butter.Frie it in oil then to blast it off dip your fried butter in some mayo and eat up =} Hahaha...No you can eat fat free yogurt organic stuff.Um fruit in my opinion
sugar free kit kats! and oreos! they are good and you cant really tell they're sugar free!
