Whats the best thing to have?

A good creamy sauce, like massala generally is very good for you. It is full of all the nutrients you need, as well as being incredible low in fat. Further more studies have shown that a creamy based sauce such as massala or korma can actually lower cholesterol (however this has not been fully proven yet).

Make sure you have some pilau rice with it… And only stick to healthy starters such as vegetable Samosas, and Onion Bhaji’s… Go easy on the side salads though, they tend to pack these full of fat and additives…

Most people enjoy a beer with a curry too.. But remember beer is not healthy… So you are best buying the bigger bottles, so you can drink twice as much.

Happy eating!

Get grilled chicken, no sauce if it is creamy, and no chips/fries. If they have salad get that too with a vinegarette dressing, no creamy dressing.
