With pizza, it's best to have thin crust that is whole wheat. Also choose the vegetables instead of meats, as well, ask for less cheese. Don't get the pizzas that use white sauce instead of the tomato sauce as well. Try going without the dipping sauces.
well i don't think you can make the pizza heathy because all the fat thats in it like bread tomato and chesse i cansiter it a junk food it's unlikely to make it a heathly snack but if likely lots of brociili and carrots
To add to the really good suggestions that have already been made - go for lean, seared meats rather than fatty, processed and cured meats, which have large amounts of fat and/or are prepared with carcinogenic methods.

Pizza is about the worst thing you can eat, but if you do it go thin crust vegi.
Sorry and there cheese no good, you will have to scrape the grease off it.
