What does our health teacher want us to write about?

he said.. “This first chapter is very much about making the connection between the personal choices that you make and your overall health. Your job is to explore that for three days. I want you pick a behavior that you think you could do to get healthier. It can pertain to any of the dimensions of health.

After doing it for three days, I want you to write about how your little experiment went: what you learned about yourself, what your plan was, how this affects you, etc.

it sounds as though he want’s you to choose somthing that you do in your everyday life, somthing that has to do with healthy living and try and change your attitude to the problem and keep a note of how you changed it and how you identified it, almost like a food diary but to gauge how the certain aspect of behaviour changed over time

I think what he wants you to do, is find a behavior that can benefit you as a person, such as committing to things, and for three days, see how committing has impacted you throughout the time that you have enacted this behavior.

hence the name of the class, health. take a subject that pertains to any health issue and do your research on it. for instance, hep c, what may cause someone to have it. pretection from contracting it, progression of dignosis. listening to a liver specialist on the things that can be done to live a quality life. the liver is the only organ that can regenerate itself if given help.
