Headlights.

I got a 1998 Ford Taurus, I was in a wreck on the 12th and now my lights dont work at all. I can turn my bright lights on by pulling back on the turn signal but when it comes to my normal lights they dont work, just my park lights. I replaced the switch, and a blown fuse. I dont own a owners manual so I dont know what fuses go to what. I got a regulator for it but im not sure were it goes.

Anyone know what could be the problem with my car?

Could be faulty wiring, could just be the lamps are broke. Have you taken a look a the low beam lamps themselves? The filaments may be broken.

Pop the hood and look behind the headlights. If I’m not mistaken, these can be removed by turning 1/4 turn (in one direction or the other) and you can pull it out. Check out the filaments. If they’re fine (or if broke, take the lamp with you) head over to Auto Zone (or whatever car store is around) and ask one of the guys there. They’re usually a pretty good help.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
