He won't talk to me because of a sexy pic?

I was friends with this guy but I had sexual feelings for him and I wanted him to fill in my sexual liberation. From there we started planning on when we should see each other. Of course he wanted me during times of where I couldn’t come such as when I’m at school, working, or need rest. I asked him to do it on the weekends because I have time to drive over but sometimes he already has plans so its a hard schedule. We already met once but didn’t do anything but talk and make out. Now recently hes been asking for me to give him nude pics but I’m strongly against it because I’m well aware of them being leaked. He told me that he would send me one of his after I send him one but I still don’t want to and I’m more freaked out about that than actual sex. He tells me “I’m not gona send them to anybody so wtf if you don’t want to then say stop bullshitting me.” Then soon after he sends me “Don’t send it I can’t talk to you anymore I’m sorry please don’t text anymore you don’t need this.” I really don’t understand why he did that and am I wrong for not giving him the pics? I feel bad but he now won’t talk to me. Please help
