Where would it go? I know it's sooo random but I just thought about XD
Fetuses get their nutrition and eliminate waste through their mother. The fetus' blood does not mix with its mother's but it exchanges waste for nutrients through the placenta. The fetus does breath and swallow amniotic fluid to develop the ability to breath and swallow prior to being born. The first few stools of babies are called meconium and are black, viscous, and sticky. Fetuses sometimes have their first bowel movement before being born and it goes into the amniotic fluid. It is problematic here since it can cause respiratory problems in the newborn. I don't know if fetuses ever vomit bit if they did than it like meconium would go back into the amniotic fluid.
I don't think that's even possible haha. It's not like babes eat anything directly, they get all their nutrition by sharing blood/nutrients/oxygen through the umbilical cord from their mother. So there is no reason why they would throw up or anything like that.
