What would happen if I drank protein shakes 1-2 times everyday but didn't work out every single day? Would I gain weight, even though i have a fast metabolism?

Yes, you would gain weight. Protein shakes are meant to help your muscles grow when you work, just like food. If you eat all day and never get off the couch, that food stores as fat. Same goes for protein shakes.

my teacher says that eating more makes you lose weight, &’nd hes huge (muscle wise) he says eat a large breakfasts then for snacks drink protein shakes then for lunch you eat a smaller meal then breakfast because you aren’t that hungry then another protein shake around 3 then for dinner that should be the smallest meal: because your body works food off by sleeping.

If you have a fast metabolism, simply increasing food (even protein shakes) is not going to help. My best friends (hate them both) have this issue. To gain weight you are going to need to work out. It doesnt have to be every day, but you’re going to need to go regularly.
