  It depends what you mean by bad. If you leave the bleach in your hair for too long it can damage your hair. I, myself, feel this is bad. Also, if you bleach your hair, remember that you are stripping it. So, you will need to use products to restore health back to the hair you do bleach.

  Actually my friend did this to his hair when it was black and then it turned green! So I guess the answer is yes so be carefull!!!
