What happens if you bleach over already bleached hair??
How long do you have to wait until you can do it AGAIN?
Do you need to wait until your hair returns to a certain chemichal balance? "ph" balance or something?
DETAILS: Ok, so I had my hair black for 6 mo. and then I stripped it twice... then I bleached it. Then I bleached it again. Then I toned it twice to get the orange out (YES this was all with professional products because my mom's a hairstylist). I WANT my hair to be platinum/white/ash. However, after all that process, my hair is NOW a golden blonde. I have noticed that some of the strands are really strange like. like... no hold, taffy? Pull apart strands when wet... like broken ends... =/ I know thats very bad but im determined to get my hair how I want it. Will they get stronger if I wait because of the "ph"(or whatever it was) balance?
Please no comments on asking my mom because she doesnt remember some of these things, hasnt been in the hair business for years.

Your hair is extremely damaged/dry and brittle because of the bleach.
You should use a lot of protein treatments to try and get it a bit healthier, and wait a few weeks before bleaching it again.
Your hair should be a bit healthier before you attempt to bleach it again.
Otherwise your hair will break off.
you need to wait a couple months before doing it again you could lose all your hair and that would duck also try flash lightning it is the best but maybe you will not be able to go that light.
I would get a malaboo treatment for your hair and wait awhile before bleaching or doing anything else to your hair...your hairs gonna fall out seriously lol
