Possible to make my hair thick again?

I was wondering…is it possible to make my hair thick again? Though my hair is long and…I tend to lose a lot?

Here in the Philippines, they usually put fresh coconut oil, alo vera ( oil itself) or putting jhonson’s baby oil). I don’t know of it will work.

There are a lot of shampos that can make your hair thick. I have really thin hair too and I use Herbal Essenses thickening shampoo and it really works.

try takin flaxeed oil pills. They are just a vitamin, but they might help. Just a warning through, they are big (well for me) and hard to swallow lol
