Growing up and being mature

I get a lot of comments from my family saying that I need to grow up and stop being so childish. But I’ve always been a child, and I don’t know how to stop being such a baby. I want my parents to understand me more; they remind me daily that I’m a teenager but they don’t treat my like one. I just want to know how I can stop being so childish..

Answer #1

Start taking responsibility for stuff, and act your age,and stuff like that, lol.

Answer #2

Well, if you’re a teen, then why act like an adult? Teenagers who try to be more mature, then they should be, are truely obnoxious.

Now, taking responsability for stuff, as said abov’, won’t hurt anybody :]

Answer #3

act your age. if you compare yourself to other teens your age, see if your acting more childish then they are.

like above. taking responsibility is the first step to becoming adult.

learning patience, respect aswell.

basically. your parents wont stop treating you like a child…until you stop acting like a child.

and until then theyre going to constanty criticize your behavior lol

its a wierd cycle going on there lol

act your age. your still a kid, BE A KID

dont grow up to fast… just compare yourself to your friends and see if your different. if not. tell your parents to question why they want you growing up so fast.
