You need to tone up the muscles…try squats.

Naturally? I guess eat more then tone it by doing exercises

…also do butt lifts (that’s where you get on your hands and knees, and use your butt muscle to life your leg straight out from you butt). Don’t lift it higher than your butt, and count to 10. You’ve got to do repeats, like 10 on each leg. Once you’re doing that pretty easily, put 5# ankle weights on.

when you climb stair keep your feet flat instead of using your toes also when you get up from sitting dont throw urself forwaqrd to get up use your muscles in your legs! hope this helped!
