Groups section, what does it mean when it says: new replies?

In the box on my page where it says the amount of advice I've given and questions I've asked and so forth, it says 'New Posts...

it says ... 7 new posts but when I look for the group its in ... its not even there its been there for abit now ... but it ...

whats that mean ? Its on the side of the profile near edit my profile and customize and stuff..I prbly seem stupid for asking...

Since I created a group on here, how do I post a new message? Do I need to find something to click on? or what? Let me know.

can advisors read what your saying in your groups???if itz marked 2 private?

I been writing questions and everytime I look down it says ask anonymous whats does that mean???

It just means its not 'active' (obviously) but does it mean the person has been suspended or,,? Dumb and obvious question ._....

on some answers, ive seen the "featured reply by xxx" there. lol what is that?
