What are good things to say for a wedding speech?

This is my specialty, I am a wedding planner!! #1 rule, keep it under 3 minutes.
Start by thanking everyone for joining in the couple’s special day. Begin as if you are telling a story, in order of when you met the bride or groom (whomever you are closest to), share stories of when you were young and silly, and then the day that you met their significant fiance’ to be. Make it interesting, humourous and filled with emotion of how this couple came to be at this point in their lives and how you have been a part of this.

I just had to do a speech/toast as the best man at a friends wedding. I kept my rather short, but basically just told the story of how the met - which was other the internet - WoW specifically - which I always thought was a little odd. So I threw a joke in about how its a good think the bride was a crazy ax killer :P. Then went on to say how lucky they were to find each other, and that I think someone up above was watching out for them because the chances are pretty small. I mean how many ppl play WoW? And he lives in Texas, she lived here in Montana?
Ne ways everyone seemed to like my little speech. It was only like 45 sec but oh well. I hat public speaking :P.
