what are good ways to get rid of cramps besides advil and pamprin and the other pill kind?

  I know what you mean all too well on the cramps...going through it now! Sometimes all of that doesnt help not midol, advil or even pamprin...

  I had that exact thing chelsey...my ex husband would sit near me & run my tummy too...thought it was so cute of him back then...I thought it was just me that wanted to believe that it really happened because he did it!
  Nice to hear that I wasnt the only person that thought it worked because I wanted it to work! :)

  In my opinion, try a hot water bottle, looks like this ---> http://funadvice.com/r/3kb8hk5921 I would just keep moving it around from side to side where it hurts til the cramps go away! It always helped for me...now that i moved I cant find mine & they dont make them here near where i live now...:( you can find them in any cvs, riteaid, walmart & other pharmacy places...if you cant find it just ask the people that work there & maybe they can tell you where you can find one.

  I've heard bannans help get rid of cramps.. And I don't get up and move around when I'm on the lady prob. I lay still and eat a bannana and if my boyfriend is here I always rubs my tummy and that always helped me.. But jus to tell you Midol is the best crampin pill though..!! Hope I helped...!!!! (:

  I wish any type of pill helped me. I even took some left over percocet from my wisdom tooth, and that didn't even help. The only thing that has ever helped my cramps was birth control. The NuvaRing is a life saver because I can never remember to take the pill every day.

  i think it depends on the person.. i know what helps me is if i drink a lot of water before and during that week, (IF thats what ya mean by cramps) but anyways water helps and so does movement

  a) birth control b) exercise-- I always did sit-ups when mine got bad. c) a nice warm heating pad

  keep active move around if it helps dance around. and eat healthy
