I learned these from soccer but none of them are pleasant and have made me sick before.... However youll be in shape lol....they are called 120's... you will need good running shoes a timer and a soccer field or football field.... go to a soccer/football field and start on one end then sprint to the far side within 18seconds then you have 42 seconds to get back to where you started... That is one rep start with 10 and work your way to 30 lol goodluck..... if you have bad legs go to a gym and find a rowing machine then find a pace that makes you breath really hard and maintain it for 5-10min without slowing mdown if done properly you will be dizzy and over heated im sorry these are the extremes and very brutal but they work...
I have pretty stong legs because I'm a track runner. I just wanted to stay in shape during the off season and wanted new and different work outs then the things that we do on our team. This sounds like a good one though and ill definitaly have to try it. Thanks (:
Your very welcome i didnt mean bad by weak or frial... i was refering to shin splints specifically which restrict my ability in soccer as well as track... what did you run? i did polevault and i sucked up everything else lol
