So I'm trying to get a new cell phone for my birthday, and I have to find a good phone before I try and convince my parents (it's the way they work.) I want it to be a flip phone with a pay as you go plan and a camera. Brand doesn't matter as long as it has those three traits. :) Thank you. I want it to be CHEAP. Not like fifty bucks. Thanks! :)
Try a Vodafone 810 mobile phone. It has bluetooth, two camera's, mp3 player and has many other extras.

It is cheap and was about £40 in the UK for mine.
