What are some good appetizes and drinks to serve at an adult christmas party?

For appetizers you can go the standard cheese/meat tray, veggie tray, chips and peanuts. I like making up a crock pot of meatballs (put frozen meatballs in a crock pot with a bottle of Diana BBQ sauce for 3 hours’ish), nachos and dip (make the layered salsa dip - sour cream, salsa, top with cheese and cut up green onions) or a shrimp ring. If you’re not much of a cook, hit the frozen food aisle in the grocery store, it’s always stocked with tons of frozen appetizers that you just heat and serve.

I would have to say that really depends on your taste/budget. Its xmas…anything goes! :P

You can go for any kind of finger food/dips & chips/ or if on a tight budget Pizza works fine as well! (also depends who the people are) If you want some more fancy appetizers then I would try some small wraps with vegi’s & chicken. like spring rolls & stuff. The list is endless! Might want to let me know if you want it to be based on a dairy or no dairy meal.

As for drinks…Not All people like eggnog especially if they were not raised to drink it at home.(I know many people like that, they simply didnt celebrate it for 1 reason or another) Anything with alcohol is fine, margarita’s, daiquiri’s, mixed cocktails…(also try www dot what to drink dot com - all in one line for more results on assorted drinks)

I agree, there’s a bunch of appetizers you can just dump in the oven. Pillsbury Savorings Bread Bowl Bites in Cream Cheese and Jalapeno is good, actually all the savorings are good, the pastry filled with spinach and the one with chicken are amazing, Nancy’s Petite Quiche Appetizers, Trader Joe’s Parmesan Pastry Pups, Cedarlane Bruschetta, Nancy’s Seafood Crabcakes, Allen Brothers Buffalo Chicken Wings.

im my opinion i like japenoes stuff with taco fillings such as nacho cheeze, tomato, sour cream , ect. their very spicy. thats how i like them lol =)
