Can god trust you with trouble, if trouble is nessacary?

My pastor asked us this today at church and i want to know your opinion.

Answer #1

In what way did he mean to use trouble? I mean to ask this because the word itself has a lot of definitions, all of which can lead to different answers.

Answer #2

well she was saying that even tho trouble cn lead you to places its also a good thing that we get into trouble to as for an example she just said small things like to steal bt didnt go into detail

Answer #3

I think I understand where she was going with this. Maybe during some point in time, all of humanity could have been trusted with the essence of trouble but I don’t think we can be anymore. But since trouble is kind of like a process, naturally, it removes those that failed at it and preserves the one that succeed at it. It’s confusing to succeed at trouble but what I mean is, there is a lesson behind the modern definition of trouble: which is learning your mistake. Do all of us learn from our mistakes? I’m not sure, sadly.

Answer #4

Necessary to whom?

Answer #5

woops just noticed i spell nessasary wrong smh

Answer #6

Ok. But that didnt answer my question?

Answer #7

Well, im guessing its nessasary for everyday life maybe. im not to sure about that thats why i asked lol but im guessing without trouble, no one would do wrong and everybody would stay out of trouble there would be no need for god to not trust you with trouble. maybe.

Answer #8

Without trouble no one would do wrong? You have a high opinion of people. But I suppose it is better than being cynical.

Answer #9

i was just guessing thats what it means and that im not really sure, doesnt mean thats what i think.

Answer #10

It is easy to trust someone when everythinh is fine. The question is if we could be trusted while undergoing trials. Don’t you agree?

Answer #12

I’m not sure the exact verse, but in the Bible it says God will never give us anything to handle that is to hard for us. So if he does gives us trouble, we can bare it. I think God gives us trouble to bring us to a better place…mentally, spiritually, and physically. A lot of times he gives us trouble so we can have oppertunities to grow as believers and in our faith. You just got trust God.

Answer #13
