arch your back a little to float and when you raise your arms up out of the water your thumb should be facing up, but once your arm is straight up you sort of twist your hand so your pinky will be the first to enter the water. your arms should always be completely straight when theyre not in the water. and keep your feet kicking the whole time
I can do front stroke, brush stroke and the butterfly a little bit. It's really hard for me to keep myself floating on top of the water when I do backstroke. Does anyone have any tips for me. Thx =)
Well, you may need to practice just floating on your back until you can keep yourself up really well. I usually relax, arch my back a little, and take deep breaths, hold in, let out slowly.
Oh and keep your stomach above water, It feels weird at first but you'll get used to it
relax completely, breath, move ur arms slowly, brushing past ur head. U shud b gud!(:
umm lay on your back and swing your arms backwards
arch your back
thx
