Hm som ething i realize that alwayus helps me is knowing that when I have to attend things like that, I am not always fully paying attention, so I do believe others do the same. I tell myself, that half the people are not paying attention, and that even if i were to make a mistake, not many people would notice and if they do, well, were all human we all make mistakes.
when ur up there you can barely see them so just focus on some one right in the middle and talk to that one person like no one else is there you are just talking to that on person :D :D :D good luck!!♥♥♥
Well, you should really really concentrate on your speech. That way you'll sound really good, and hopefully you'll be so into your own speech that you'll forget you're in front of a lot of people :)
picture everyone in their underpants :D lol no jk......
Just relize if you mess up it is not gonna kill u everyone has to make a speech sometime just have fun :)
Go up there pretend that the people in the audience are suppose to look at you and give you their full attention because you are a the birthday princess
just stay cool, calm and collected. use the butterflies in your stomach, just pretend it's only a few people you are saying the speech to.
Look at the wall in the back of the room thats what i do when i am on stage singing.
