Should girls/women wear bras to sleep?

I think she’s asking because of support i’m guessing? I wonder the same thing haha. but i find it uncomfortable to sleep in a bra…idk but that’s just me.

Others say that wearing bra while sleeping may cause cancer in the breast..

Somehow I think the body needs rest…and if you can’t…it can’t.

I dont think its good for them to always be like squished. aha. i cant sleep with a bra on anyways so i never do. unless im at a sleepover with alot of people, usually ill take it off at night.

I never do. Its so uncomfortable lol. And yeah, unless Im at someones house or something I keep it on longer. Or if theyre staying over Ill keep it on cause I dont have the best night shirts. :p My mum also told me that it makes them sag lol. Just like how wearing jeans to bed is terrible for the jeans. So. I never wear a bra to bed. It can also put stress on your shoulders and back too. Since alot of people either are wearing the wrong bra size, or dont sleep how they should, its bound to pull on your shoulders or back somehow. If they want to, of course they can. But I dont recommend it.

Some people think it firms breasts, some people think it damages them. However, both of those are wrong. Wearing a perfectly fit bra at night with neither hold up your breasts or damage them.

Others?…what like medical science people…like Doctors?that’s a strong claim to make,and unreasonable if “Others” is just a friend who knows nothing about the subject? Who are the Others that have such wisdom?

I don’t think you should. You gotta let them breathe. I generally sleep with no clothes at all but thats just cuz I wear really tight clothes so it’s nice to just be able to breathe
