How do girls feel about long distance relationships?
I am in the army and hoping for a relationship soon. What do woman think about dating someone in the army, and how do they feel about the distance when we get deployed?
Well as a veteran myself, I’ve been there and it really depends on the lady and mostly what the two of you have “built” before you are deployed. Nothing is “locked in” in this world and you can’t rush it with relationships. They have to grow. If you meet someone you like and it’s mutual, the best you can do is just stay in contact and share things with them from a distance. We have great technology nowadays for doing that. When I was in, all we had was writing letters and mailing them.
Well like onemandog said it really depends on the girl and what you both share. Distance really is quite a tough thing though. Personally, I couldn’t do it. No matter how I felt about a guy, I wouldn’t be able to sit at home waiting for him to come back a year or two later if not longer. It’s definitely not impossible and there definitely women who would be able to handle it you’ve just got to find that woman and make sure you keep in touch.
