How can you lose belly fat and your ;ove handles? I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. I don't look too fat but I do have a little fat that I would like to dispose of before summer!

Eat healthy and work out. It's fairly simple. Make sure you cut down on refined sugars and complex carbohydrates (whole grain is OK). Do crunches and sit ups for your tummy at least a few times a week. Cut out soda too, it makes a big difference.
