Option one- force yourself to eat whenever you feel boredom, even if you are not hungry. This will grow into a habit. Once that is established, stop doing interesting things,(meaning anything that involves moving) this will make you bored a lot. When people are bored they want to be entertained, so you will probably watch tv, and eat snack because of your newly learned habit. This leads to being morbidly obese and such. Option two-gain muscle fat instead. Eat lots of delicious FROOTS and MEATS since meat is practically energy in the form of burned animal corpse. Once you have this energy, it will be unhealthy and extremely deadly if you do not release your energy, take up new sports such as swimming (the breaststroke works best) or running or even ballet. As long as you are using your meat energy. This will make you cramp sometimes since the sports is usually not what you are used to. (don’t be afraid to go just a little overboard on the exercise. It just means you get to eat moat FROOTS) but soon your cramps will turn into muscle and you will essentially get “fatter”. Expect sneers from weak index snobs who think lowly of physically strong women, and a lot of compliments from everyone else, including a vEry healthy body complete with better digestive system. I find that pretending to train for olym It’s help a lot for this option. :)
