Protein, protein, PROTEIN!!! Carbs will give you the energy, but will also turn into fat if unused. Eat eggs and bacon for breakfast and a turkey sandwich for lunch. For serious results, go to GNC or Vitamin World and get a whey protein shake mix. drink it before your workout. (Time before varies on the shake)... Low reps high weight is what gets the bulk.
