I want to gain A LOT of muscle. Arms, Legs, Abs..
What kind of food should I be eating, and how much? ANY tips on working out, eating, or anything you know of would help:]
Protein, protein, PROTEIN!!! Carbs will give you the energy, but will also turn into fat if unused. Eat eggs and bacon for breakfast and a turkey sandwich for lunch. For serious results, go to GNC or Vitamin World and get a whey protein shake mix. drink it before your workout. (Time before varies on the shake)... Low reps high weight is what gets the bulk. Lower weight with high reps will give you a longer, explosive muscle... Hope this is what you're looking for. Ask for more info if needed

ANything that has protien is excellent. Fish, CHicken, Pork, BEEf, Eggs, Meat, and Shrimps And for work outs yu have to lift weights. you can to crunches for your abs you can do push ups for your arms and you can run for your legs but lifting weights is better
protien shakes you can get they pack on muscle. um if you drink raw eggs like mixed w some milk that works to but you gotta work out also
