You can’t, unless you have a relative or a friends relative that will agree to doing it.

Ummm considering your age,I doubt any place will do it until your at least sixteen.So better off waiting until then.It is hard when somebody passes.But getting a tattoo at such a young age isn’t exactly a good idea,do you think you need something like that to remember her?I mean it is your choice but I honestly believe that is untrue and that you can honor her life by sharing memories of her and keeping her spirit alive.

in canada u can get a tattoo when u turn 16

well i dont know where your from but where in from you can just go across the line to nogales sonora/mexico and get it done

Some places in Canada let you get one when your 16 with parental consent, not sure about anywhere else, though a friend of mine who is 17 just got one in vegas.

If you live in Canada, most parlors let you get one at 16 as long as a parent is present :) Maybe if you go somewhere and get your parents to ask them about it they can clear it up for you.

You can get them mostly anywhere but your perents have to give you aproval, and go with you to sighn an aproval too.
