Why do I think I gained weight?

I feel like I’ve gained weight… to me it even seems like I look like I did, but I still weigh the same when I step on the scale.. I don’t think I’m bloated.. it’s been like this for the past week.. hmm

it depends on ur eatn habits and the physical activites u do.. ii use to feel the same weigh.. i’ll eat so little, but then i wont do much activites and when i sit down or lay down too much, ill feel damn heavy.. and when i get on that scale, im like 10 lbs lighter! lol.. im not a professional or anything.. maybe u should ask a doctor? haha.. i dnt noe :)

Do you have your period? Women retain water during their periods which gives a heavier feeling but then when your period is over you lose it right away. If your eating a lot of simple carbs like pizza, pasta, potatoes, white rice and not really moving a lot that could give you a heavier feeling and make you feel tired. Try lighter foods and get a little walking in everyday..

You prob. feel a bit more heavy, although sometimes it’s psychological. I know lots of times i feel pretty heavy like i gained some weight, but ppl tell me i look just fine.
