There isn't a way to direct weight gain in one particular area. Eating more food and gaining weight will make you gain weight overall. You could try exercises though to tone and make your butt rounder like squats.
by gaining weight in general? You cant exactly choose where the weight goes to. If you want to make your butt and hips bigger I would suggest you try to build up your gluteal muscles.
u can eat anything u want but then again its your body that decides where that food will go, like my friend tried gaining in her belly it went to her arms.. depends on your body
