if you are a healthy weight is it ok to eat full fat foods or should you still eat reduced fat/ no fat things? what about if you are underweight? things like full fat yoghurt and stuff while still eating a healthy balanced diet?
it doesn't matter a lot about the persons weight, its to do with the amount of each food section your eating, for e.g carbhydrates, protein, fats, minerals, etc. if you eat to little of 1 thing like fats, you can get whats called fat defishinsy (cant spell) and that can lead to problems. so continue to eat full fat food products, but in moderation
seriously the amount of fat doesnt matter its the TYPE of fat dont eat many saturated fats just non saturated if you can
Yes you can still eat full fat items. It all depends on eating them in moderation and exercising still.
does it matter more about the amount of fat or the amount of calories you eat
